Woodleigh is a village located in the South Hams in Devon about 3 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Totnes. The settlement dates back to Norman times and is mentioned in the Domesday Book. It encompasses land designated as being of oustanding natural beauty and is adjacent to the River Avon. Much of the surrounding woodland is owned and managed by the Woodland Trust.

It is hoped that this website, which is maintained by the Woodleigh Parish Meeting, will act as a portal and a community forum for residents and visitors alike giving access to news and comment about issues affecting the area as well as local events.
